Wilton White
Wilton L. (Wil) White concentrates his practice in acquisitions, dispositions and financings of commercial properties and residential communities. His practice includes transactions involving office, hotel, retail, multi-family and mixed use properties; real estate investment trust financing, acquisitions and dispositions; construction, term loan, conduit, mezzanine, and securitized debt financings; commercial leasing covering individual or multiples properties; and debt restructuring. His practice also includes formation and structuring of business entities including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, joint ventures and TICs.
Mr. White sits on the Board of Trustees of West Palm Beach Police Pension Fund, is a Board Member and Immediate Past President of Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County, and is a Board Member and Treasurer of SunFest of Palm Beach County. He is a past Board Member of The Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches and a graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County Class of 1996.
Mr. White was awarded with a B.A. in Economics (with High Distinction) from the University of Virginia in 1985 and with a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1988.
